Terms of Sale
Zunabo offers two kinds of products: services (cybersecurity, IT) on a quote basis, paid offline via Mobile Money once agreed; and digital ebooks, sold and delivered through the third-party store Chariow, not directly on zunabo.com.
Zunabo is established in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. French consumer law (the 14-day right of withdrawal, consumer mediation) does not automatically apply to this activity. These Terms of Sale nonetheless set out our services clearly for our clients.
Who you are dealing with
Zunabo, a service brand operated under his own name, as a private individual, by Dan Ibiliabo (see our legal notice).
Zunabo Cybersecurity and Zunabo IT services
Process: you describe your need through the quote form, we reply with a proposal and a price, and the service only begins once you explicitly agree. Indicative prices are listed on our Pricing page in US dollars (USD); the final price is the one confirmed in our reply to your request.
Payment: by Mobile Money, once the service and its price have been agreed. No payment information is entered on zunabo.com.
Timelines: communicated case by case depending on the service, in our reply to your quote request.
Withdrawal: as our activity is not subject to French consumer law, we do not apply a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. If a service does not match what was agreed, contact us: we look for a solution case by case.
Zunabo ebooks
Ebooks in the Zunabo collection are sold and delivered by the third-party platform Chariow, accessible from our Ebooks page. The purchase, payment and delivery of the digital file are entirely handled by Chariow, under its own terms. Zunabo is not a party to that transaction.
Complaints
For any question or complaint about a Zunabo service (excluding ebooks, handled by Chariow): contact@zunabo.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zunabo's country of establishment.
